What is "Publish"?

When you make changes to your menus, categories, or items (like updating a price or adding a new dish), these changes are saved as a “draft”.

Why? This allows you to prepare large updates to your menu without your customers seeing half-finished changes.

Publishing takes all your saved draft changes and makes them live on your public QR Menu. Once you hit publish, anyone scanning your QR code will see the newest version of your menu.
